1. Who we are
Grab Smart Vending (“Grab Smart,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) installs, stocks, and services AI-powered vending machines for commercial properties across the continental United States. Our business address is Houston, Texas. Grab Smart Vending is a brand operated by RB Dynamics LLC, which is the contracting entity responsible for this website and for the personal information described in this policy.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through grabsmartvending.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the enquiries you send us through it. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us directly
When you submit our site evaluation form, we collect the information you enter: your name, company or property name, work email address, phone number (optional), the type of property you manage, an approximate headcount at your location (optional), and any notes you add about where a machine might go. If you call or email us instead, we collect whatever you choose to tell us in that conversation.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our web server records technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, the pages you viewed, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. We also store the URL of the page a form was submitted from, which helps us understand which parts of the site generate enquiries.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of cookies and comparable technologies. Some are strictly necessary for the site to function and for form submissions to work securely. Others support spam prevention. We describe these in section 8.
Information we do not collect
We do not ask for or knowingly collect payment card numbers, bank details, government identification numbers, or health information through this website. We do not sell products directly through this site. Please do not send us sensitive personal information through the contact form.
3. How we use your information
| Purpose | What this means in practice |
|---|---|
| Responding to enquiries | Contacting you about the site evaluation or question you submitted, by email or phone. |
| Providing our service | Assessing whether your location is a fit, recommending a machine and product mix, and scheduling installation and service. |
| Site security | Detecting and blocking automated spam, abuse, and attempted attacks on our forms and servers. |
| Improving the website | Understanding, in aggregate, which pages are useful so we can make the site clearer. |
| Legal and record-keeping | Maintaining business records and complying with applicable law. |
We rely on your request and our legitimate business interest in responding to it as the basis for using your enquiry information. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects for you.
4. Marketing communications
If you contact us about a site evaluation, we may follow up about that enquiry and about closely related services. We do not sell or rent your contact details to third parties for their own marketing. Any marketing email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to stop at any time using the contact details in section 12. Opting out of marketing does not stop operational messages about a machine already installed at your property.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these circumstances:
- Service providers. Companies that operate parts of our business on our behalf, including our website host, email delivery provider, form software, and spam-prevention services. They may access your information only to perform work for us and are required to protect it.
- Within our corporate group. Administrative, accounting, and legal functions for Grab Smart Vending are handled by RB Dynamics LLC, so your information may be accessed by that entity for those purposes.
- Professional advisers. Accountants, auditors, insurers, and lawyers where reasonably necessary.
- Legal requirements. Where we are required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- Business transfers. If our business or a part of it is sold, merged, or reorganized, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. We would take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected.
6. How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a customer, for the duration of our relationship plus the period required for tax, accounting, and legal record-keeping. Enquiries that do not lead to a relationship are generally retained for up to two years, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Server logs are retained for a shorter period as part of routine hosting operations.
7. Security
Our website is served over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to form submissions is limited to people who need it. We use spam filtering to reduce abusive traffic. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please tell us using the details in section 12.
8. Cookies and third-party services
We keep third-party services to a minimum. The services below may set cookies or receive technical information when you use our site:
- Google reCAPTCHA. We use reCAPTCHA to tell real visitors apart from automated bots when a form is submitted. Google receives hardware and software information from your device and analyzes it to produce a score. This information is used to provide, maintain, and improve reCAPTCHA and for general security purposes. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Website hosting and form processing. Our host and form software process submissions and store them so we can respond.
- Web fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google’s servers that includes your IP address.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the contact form from working.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:
- To know what personal information we hold about you and request a copy of it.
- To request correction of information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- To request deletion of your information, subject to our legal and record-keeping obligations.
- To opt out of marketing communications.
- To not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights.
California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, you have the rights described above, plus the right to know the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to — all of which are set out in sections 2, 3, and 5. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond the purposes permitted under the CCPA.
Other state privacy laws. Residents of states including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Texas have comparable rights, including the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of their personal information, and to appeal a refusal of a request. To appeal, reply to our response or contact us again using the details below and mark your message “Privacy Appeal.”
To exercise any right, email info@grabsmartvending.com or call (281) 407-5025. We will verify your request by asking you to confirm information we already hold, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law — generally 45 days, which we may extend where permitted. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authorization.
10. Children’s privacy
Our website and services are directed to businesses and property operators, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Please review this page periodically.
